Group Stages First Followed By Knockouts.

Padel Tournament Format:

Group Stages: Teams are divided into groups of 4, with each team playing multiple matches.
Matches: First to 5 games with a 5-point tiebreak at 4-4.
Knockout Stages: Top teams advance to single elimination rounds. First to 6 games with a 7-point tiebreak at 5-5.
Finals: Scoring may be adjusted in semifinals and finals based on time constraints.
