Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the organization and hosting of the wellness initiatives with any name including but not limited to "The Gurugram Wellness Carnival", “Wellness Bazaar” (the "Event") , scheduled at any venue including but not limited to DLF Cyberhub / Promenade, Gurgaon (the "Venue"), by Find Your Fit Pvt Limited, ("Organizer/FYF"), a private limited company, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered address at D-823, Sunder Nagar, Behind Fortis Hospital, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur 302017. The terms "We"/"Us"/"Our"/"Centre" individually and collectively refer to Find Your Fit Pvt Limited, and the terms "Visitor"/"Client"/"You"/”Participant”/Brand refer to the Participants and the Brands.

These Terms apply to all Visitors at Events (in each case as defined below). Your attendance at this Event indicates your agreement to these Terms.

  1. Registration for Events
    1. Validly registering for the Event shall entitle you to admittance to the Event as a Participant, subject to these Terms. Any optional extras may incur an additional cost to the basic registration fee.
    2. The Registration details of each Participant must be registered (whether in their personal capacity, or as a representative of a Company or other legal entity) with us for the Event. We reserve the right to exclude from the Event any individual whose name does not appear on our register of Participants at the start of the Event.
    3. If you register for the Event as a representative of a Company / Brand or other organization you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the Company or other organization. You shall also ensure Participant(s) from the Company or other organization attending the Event are made aware of and shall be bound by these Terms.
    4. When registering for the Event, you must provide us with accurate and complete Registration details. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information (including, without limitation, your email address) by updating your details on the relevant section of the applicable website or contacting us using the contact information provided to you in the Event confirmation.
    5. All registrations for Events are subject to availability and to acceptance by the Organizer at its sole discretion.
    6. Where the Event requires an event pass to enable entry, you may be required to provide evidence of your identity, such as your Aadhar card, for your pass to be issued to you. Visitors must keep their event pass on their person at all times during their attendance at the Event and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject Visitor who fail to produce a pass when requested.
    7. By attending the Event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the Event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you.
    8. Visitors must be 18 years of age or older. Visitors who are below the age of 18 may attend the Event on their behalf, provided a parent or legal guardian acts as the representative.
    9. As the Organizer of the wellness initiatives, we do not guarantee any specific level of footfall or attendance as the footfall is driven by the Venue, and we have no control over it. The success of your participation and sales depends on various factors beyond our control. The Events are planned on a best-effort basis with a strict no-refund policy. We encourage all exhibitors / Brands to promote their presence at the Venue independently.
  2. Attendance Requirements
    1. Each Visitor shall:
      1. observe the rules, policies, and procedures of the Event Venue including in relation to health and safety and any reasonable instructions issued by the Organizer and/or the management of the Event Venue;
    2. You agree that your travel to and attendance at the Event is at your own risk and not the responsibility of the Organizer.
  3. Participant Obligations
    1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry by any Visitor / Participant to the Event or to remove any Visitor / Participant from the Event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion.
    2. The Organizer reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by us, the Event Venue, or any other Visitor as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these Terms.
  4. Fees
    1. Payment in full of any applicable Fees for the Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the Organizer may refuse entry to the Event.
    2. All payments made by Participants / Brand for the event are non-refundable. This includes situations where a Participant is unable to attend the event or chooses to withdraw their participation for any reason.
  5. Non-Exclusivity
    1. Please note that there is no exclusivity granted to any Brand or vendor. Multiple brands/vendors may be present, offering similar or competing products and services.
  6. Indemnity
    1. The Visitors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Visitor’s violation of these Terms, any misconduct or negligence at the Event, or any injury or damage caused to third parties as a result of the Participant’s actions. This indemnification will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and the Visitor’s attendance at the Event.
  7. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. All Intellectual Property Rights in and to Events and in the content relating to Events are the property of the Organizer.
    2. Participants may use the content solely for their own personal use and benefit and not for resale, distribution or other commercial purposes.
    3. The Event Marks cannot be used without the Organizer’s prior written permission.
    4. Any request for permission to republish, reprint, or use for any other purpose any of the content or Event Marks should be sent by email to the Organizer.
  8. Changes to Event
    1. The Organizer may change the format, Content, venue, speakers, hosts, moderators and/or timing of the Event, including a change from a physical Event to an Online Event. The Organizer may use its reasonable endeavours to notify all Visitors of any such changes prior to the Event.
  9. Disclaimer
    1. The Organizer shall not be liable in any form and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable court costs, attorneys’ fees, and costs of claim processing, investigation and litigation (hereinafter referred to as “Claims”) for bodily injury or personal injury (including death), or loss or damage to tangible or intangible property caused, or any applicable law or alleged to be caused in whole or part, by any acts or omissions of Visitor or Organizer or any third- party.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    1. Organizer gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. Neither the Organizer nor its affiliates can accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event.
    2. Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) neither the Organizer nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.
    3. The maximum aggregate liability of the Organizer for any claim in any way connected with therewith or this Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Events under this Agreement to attend the Event.
  11. Governing Laws and jurisdiction
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts.
  12. Acknowledgement:
    1. Visitors agree to behave reasonable and professional manner at all times during the event, adhering to the organizer’s guidelines and event protocols.
    2. Visitors must not solicit or induce any service providers or performers at the event to engage in services outside the event’s scope. All interactions must align with the event’s professional standards.
    3. Visitors are responsible for their belongings. The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the event.
    4. Visitors acknowledge that the terms and conditions may be updated, and they are responsible for familiarizing themselves with any changes.
    5. Further, your participation in the Event is solely at your risk and consequences for which we shall have no liability of any kind.
