The 4th edition of Pickleball Palooza is back!

This is a ticket for a team of 3 people.

And this time, it is all about Team Wars. For the first time in Delhi NCR, we are hosting a Team Format Tournament, for men and women!

Men’s team: 16 teams (Each team consists of 3 players: 1 player aged 35+ and 2 players aged 19+)
Women’s team: Each team consists of 3 players, mixed age groups is allowed
Match Format: 15-rally points with a golden point at 14-14.

Tournament structure

Male Team Event

Total Teams: 16 (Each team consists of 3 players: 1 player aged 35+ and 2 players aged 19+)
Match Format: 15-rally points with a golden point at 14-14.

Group Stage:

- 16 teams divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D), with 4 teams each.
- Each team plays a tie against every other team in its group (round-robin format).
- A tie consists of 3 doubles matches.
- Each player must play in two of the three matches within a tie.
- Tie Winner: Determined by subtracting total points lost from total points won.

Qualification:

- Top 2 teams from each group advance to the knockout stage.

Knockout Bracket:

Quarter-Finals:

- QF-1: A1 vs D2
- QF-2: B1 vs C2
- QF-3: C1 vs B2
- QF-4: D1 vs A2

Semi-Finals:

- SF-1: Winner of QF-1 vs Winner of QF-2
- SF-2: Winner of QF-3 vs Winner of QF-4

Finals:

- Winner of SF-1 vs Winner of SF-2

Female Team Event:

Total Teams: 16 (Each team consists of 3 players: 1 player aged 35+ and 2 players aged 19+)
Match Format: 15-rally points with a golden point at 14-14.

Group Stage:

- The 3 teams play a round-robin format.
- A tie consists of 3 doubles matches, with each player participating in two matches.
- Table Topper Wins: The team with the best overall performance wins the event.

Tournament Rules:

All players must adhere to the official pickleball rules and tournament conduct guidelines.
Teams must submit their playing order before each tie.
If a team fails to appear on time, they forfeit the tie.
Referee decisions are final.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the tournament committee.
Players must wear proper sports attire and use standard pickleball paddles.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules:

This is a team ticket.
All participants must adhere to the official pickleball & padel rules and regulations.
Sportsmanship and fair play are expected at all times.
Tournament shall be played in round robin followed by knockouts
Service points will be applicable for all the matches.
You can only take part in either pickleball or padel.

2. Weather Contingency:

In the event of rain or inclement weather on the day of the tournament, the event will be postponed to the following weekend.
A decision regarding postponement due to weather will be made and communicated to all participants accordingly.

3. Registration:

Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of the event being rescheduled due to weather as stated above.
Tickets are non-refundable 72 hours before the day of the event

4. Liability:

Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the tournament.
The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the event.

5. The event may change based on the discretion of the organisers
