Join us for the most fun, social, and beginner-friendly pickleball tournament in town.

Rotate partners every round
Score real points and climb the leaderboard
Rally scoring to 11 | Minimum 9 matches per player
Format: Group stages → Knockouts → Grand Finale

No matter your skill level, you’re guaranteed a good time, on and off the court.

Event Format

Stage 1: Group Stage

6 groups of 10 players (1 group per court
Each player plays 9 matches, partnering once with every other player in their group
Top 4 players from each group qualify based on total points scored
24 players advance

Stage 2: Knockout Round 1

4 groups of 6 players
Each player partners with 3 others (3 matches)
Top 2 players from each group qualify based on total points
8 players advance

Stage 3: Grand Finale

Final 8 players
Each player partners once with every other player (8 matches total)
Top 3 players based on total points are awarded
- 1st Place – Gold Medal
- 2nd Place – Silver Medal
- 3rd Place – Bronze Medal

Tournament Rules:

All players must adhere to the official pickleball rules and tournament conduct guidelines.
Teams must submit their playing order before each tie.
If a team fails to appear on time, they forfeit the tie.
Referee decisions are final.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the tournament committee.
Players must wear proper sports attire and use standard pickleball paddles.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules:

This is a team ticket.
All participants must adhere to the official pickleball & padel rules and regulations.
Sportsmanship and fair play are expected at all times.
Tournament shall be played in round robin followed by knockouts
Service points will be applicable for all the matches.
You can only take part in either pickleball or padel.

2. Weather Contingency:

In the event of rain or inclement weather on the day of the tournament, the event will be postponed to the following weekend.
A decision regarding postponement due to weather will be made and communicated to all participants accordingly.

3. Registration:

Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of the event being rescheduled due to weather as stated above.
Tickets are non-refundable 72 hours before the day of the event

4. Liability:

Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the tournament.
The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the event.

5. The event may change based on the discretion of the organisers
