Tournament Format

Here’s how the competition will flow:

Group Stage:

Players/teams will be divided into groups of 4.
Each team plays against the others in their group.
Matches are played to 15 rally points, with a golden point at 14-14 (whoever wins the next point wins the match).

Knockout Stage:

Top teams from each group move to the knockout rounds.
Matches go to 15 rally points, but a team must win by a 2-point margin if the score reaches 14-14.

Finals:

Semi-final and final match rules may be adjusted slightly depending on time, but the intensity stays the same.

Tournament Rules:

All players must adhere to the official pickleball rules and tournament conduct guidelines.
Teams must submit their playing order before each tie.
If a team fails to appear on time, they forfeit the tie.
Referee decisions are final.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the tournament committee.
Players must wear proper sports attire and use standard pickleball paddles.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules:

This is a single player ticket.
All participants must adhere to the official pickleball & padel rules and regulations.
Sportsmanship and fair play are expected at all times.

2. Weather Contingency:

In the event of rain or inclement weather on the day of the tournament, the event will be postponed to the following weekend.
A decision regarding postponement due to weather will be made and communicated to all participants accordingly.

3. Registration:

Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of the event being rescheduled due to weather, as stated above.
Tickets are non-refundable 72 hours before the day of the event

4. Liability:

Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the tournament.
The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the event.

5. The event may change based on the discretion of the organisers
