Everybody has those days when the overwhelming feeling gets the better of you. This is when you need to pause, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.But we are all caught up in our hectic schedules, deadlines, academics, and responsibilities, leaving little to no time for pause; however, finding time to rejuvenate and relax is crucial to maintaining a balanced life.

FindYourFit organized the 2nd Wellness Day Out in Jaipur, Hotel Clarks Amer, attended by many passionate wellness seekers, students, counselors, corporate professionals, and creative minds sharing a pursuit for mental well-being and promoting a balanced life culture.

Our Wellness Day Out included three primary activities- Harmony & Healing, Aromatherapy Awakening, and Reflective Pause, to step out of the daily chaos, indulge in deep relaxation, and rejuvenate, leaving one refreshed and reconnecting to a deep sense, inspiring you to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What is a Wellness Day Out?

In a broader concept, wellness is an active journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. It represents a dynamic process of growth in different dimensions of life in terms of physical, mental, and social aspects. A Wellness Day Out is a workshop that offers practical tools and tips that you can use in your everyday life to improve your wellness. It focuses on incorporating well-being activities dedicated to promoting a holistic lifestyle and encouraging people to pause, reflect, and make a positive change towards a happier, healthier, and fulfilling life in all aspects. A sound healing session includes guided relaxation and visualization with the help of instruments like gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, rain sticks, drums, and drums to tune to a specific frequency.
